that was my issue as well but sometimes besides my camera freezing up i would also freeze at the loading screen before the match starts and stay on the loading screen till i alt f4 and delete all my mods. not using any loading screen mod or can camera mod i even removed the flag mod and it still happens

very frequent and tried without camera mods and it still did it removing the modpack entirely fixes the issue but i dont know what is causing it

while playing on the game using this modpack the game camera sometimes freezes in place and wont follow where my ship is going shells freeze planes freeze but enemy ships are still moving and so am i but the camera wont follow

its basically the arty calc from world of tanks so technically its not since its not the same aimbot it doesnt calc speed 

to be honest its better then the old 3.0.2 where you had the work done for you this requires you to do the math and work to get it right so in all honesty its not really unfair if you aint good at math its your own fault and its out there so anyone can really use it its not like you have to buy this...

Now I dont know his client looks russian but in the beginning he says its banned probably in russia but seeing it it looks like its somewhat useful

from what iv seen he is using almost the same method of Arty prediction from world of tanks instead of distance its path
