I've had this issue, it got resolved by changing to borderless window.

I was just going to write that the sound issues are gone now.
I played a game with arty and they've been back even through restarts.

but I will try that if they return. thank you. <3

sound works in garage and when testing in settings, but doesnt work in matches.
python.log shows numerous sound related errors, such as 2018-12-17 15:22:18.963: INFO: [SOUND_ERROR] Sound fail: 3152673984 - ErrorCode: 15
