According to WG this mod is against their rules, because it's inciting hatred and puts political pressure on the users....   The author of that mods uploaded them to mediafire, so you can add that mods manually:   TEXTS Soviet to Ukraine [13.3.0] Replace_Texts_USSR_to_Ukraine_for_WoWs_13.3.0.0.7z FLAGS Soviet to Ukraine [ALL] Replace_Flags_Soviet_to_Ukraine_ALL_GAME_VERSIONS.7z   I cannot have them in modpack however.
