Can you reinstall the spam blocker for chat? Last night reminded me how I can't stand when someone clicks the same minmap coord five times in three seconds.

I have the same issue. Enemy panel only. Started with build v.9.16.06. Yours and a few other's icons do this. Never had this problem before.
