rather have my antivirus too protective than let some nasty get in, and i'v had the modpack as an exclusion for over 3 years but it still detects it, no problem  i'll ask the antiv company how to fix it. And i know Aslain can't fix the antivirus program if he could he'd be making big bucks. just informing him of what's going on. :-)

And thanking him for all the hard work he does.

Could very well be Quaksen, but I just wanted Aslain to know, never hurts to report what you see might help some day.

Triple scan with same software, I know overkill but "better safe than sorry" . No I only have 1 AV program and wasn't trying to be over the top just don't post alot on forums sorry. Just wanted to be sure Aslain got informed so he could follow up on it if he wanted. Thanks for the reply and GREAT mod pack.

I figured that. but thought it should be brought to Aslain's attention anyway. I've been using his mod pack for bout 5 yrs with no problems and i triple scan every new 1 I download from Aslain's site before running it, but when it tripped alarm on installing kind of made me think "needs reporting to Aslain so he knows" 

Aslains_WoT_Modpack_Installer_v.9.22.0.1_03.exe is being reported as Ransomware by Trend Micro version 12.0.1226 with todays update to Trend Micro

 Just saw this so here's my two cents worth 

After running Aslains_WoT_Modpack_Installer_v.9.17.0.3_08 message says Restart computer required to finish installation. Never had this happen before, also could not click next on Select Additional Tasks screen without checking Delete Python logs and game cache (recommended).

I have been having a lot trouble downloading Mod pack updates from Mediafire. Sometimes I can get DL ok, sometimes it doesn't DL at all & a few times it tried to DL stuff that my antivirus locked out.

Just wondering if anyone else has been having problems? Also wondering why Aslain stopped using Mega, I never had a problem with DL from there.
