crash to desktop at end of loading screen

bit defender isnt blocking anything and firewall says it hasnt blocked anything and is set to allow WoT same with bitdefender, i dont have either of those mods either i dont think -
after clicking play on the launcher it enters the loading screen as usual however the bar loads to about 90% then pauses followed by an error-less crash to desktop, occasionally it will actually load but 95% of the time it crashes, also have been crashing to desktop while loading into the match but far more rare _Aslain_logs.zip python.log
