That was the issue. Feel stupid I did not see the "lock" symbol. Thanks for the advice.

The last two Aslain mod packs have installed and worked well, except both of them have locked me out of using Free XP on vehicle research or crew perks. I uninstalled, rebooted system and had access to Free XP. Installed the latest modpack and on reboot, could not use Free XP again for anything. Any suggestions??
