    seems that selecting of one of options "non XVM hitlogs" and "OTM Reloads by RN" causing the problem i removed it and game loading correct

    I also tried install .19 and rename folder to 9.14.1. stuck again. maybe a choose some option from modpack that stuck it? thanks

    .22 put files on 9.14.1 and vehickes in 9.14
