How do I turn off mods with out loosing my mod set up?

it is the aim circle that is the problem. cross hair is fine. where do i find .inf log. could not find info on page. I sent. obviously not "predator" Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip

all other mods are fine

I keep getting the default aim-circle no matter what I chose in installer . thin broken light blue. I even tried predator. any thoughts?
