I just looked at a twitch streamer and it's there what the hell.. What the hell am i smoking... Never seen it before

??? It's not there when i have no mod. Literally never seen it before after 20k games...

Here it is with installation files in my download folder also.

Ever since the 1.20 and using aslain modpack (I have done multiple update including 09B) I have this new dot that appear near the tank name. It only pops up when i look at a tank. Any idea what mod this could be ? I have been twice over the list of mods i don't understand what line brings this up
