Automatic return crew & the tank Carousel

Yup that is what it was.. I saw clean instal and missed the without XVM -- thanks! -
Everything was working fine in 09.14 and now I there is no option to automatically return your crew. and the tank carousel is not working either, I have clicked the 2 and 3 rows and when I am in game only 1 row of tanks. Is anyone else having this problem?
