Aslains_WoWs_ModPack_Installer_v.5.8.1.01 is only 154KB. I've tried multiple download sites and refreshing the page. Ok, restarting the browser seems to have fixed it. Downloading 116MB file.

The All Crosshairs Scalable mod doesn't work in 5.8. Sadly it appears development has stopped over NDA issues.
