I might just grown old, senile and blind, but I can't seem to find the free cam for replays in the mod package. Is that mod not up to date?
Also sorry if this is the wrong section, but I don't see this as bug.

I have a problem downloading skins. I tried with the antivirus program deactivated as well.

This worked for me:

1). Push the Windows Key + R and paste the following with or without the quotes will work "%appdata%\wargaming.net\WorldOfTanks\" (NOTE: This is the World of Tanks cache folder.) 

2). Delete everything in this folder except the preferences.xml (this file contains all your game settings/hud/cursor customizations etc.

3). Start the game.

4). Missions menu should now work just fine!

Is this fixed now? Dare I play CW this evening?

I can't get spotted enemies marker (xvm) version to work. The others work fine.

Also I dont get any last position icons on the minimap to work.

I can't get the enemy name and health bar to change to colorblind mode. It stays red no matter what. Also the name of tanks and where they died on the minimap stays red.
