Modpack Installer... with mediafire, because mega doesn't work to install, something dont allow to install to Windows 8 (i only try it by version 16)

For the last version 17, i have to wait 2 days till i could download the file. Today it's the same, download starts, but after 15 min. there are 5,4 MB loaded... wating time change from 48min. to 2 hours. But is must say, it works perfect till update 4.0.16. at this version the downloadproblem starts first time. When I read the other posts, nobody has problems with the download. Why? LG Joe
