Marksman Crosshair

This crosshair is based of the vanilla crosshair with a few of my own adjustments its intended to try keep close to the original while also improving it

Note: I don't intend to colour the loading cycle this crosshair is made to just have better visibility/guidance while trying to remain close to standard.

Can this be put into the modpack? 

I discovered this new contour icon mod recently and its very good it takes me like 5 seconds to read the enemy's line up crystal clear and would be helpful to other who might have difficulty(long time to read the enemy's tank line up at start of battle) anyway here's the mod have a look
