Wondering if this is a me specific issue or if anyone else is having this problem.

No, not just you.  There indeed is something about this mod that is not properly optimised.  Used to be bad several updates ago, then it got better, slight drop but liveable with.  However this update got it to be quite terrible.  Below is my usual complist from which I tried enabling/disabling different of my mods.  In the end turned out to be BattleFrame minimap mod.  Swapped it out for Autospy mod and the FPS are back to butter.

@AslainAlso to note I play on an old i5 potato with few cores.  May be that's why any drop doesn't appear as significant on your side.

I really prefer the presentation of BattleFrame tbh, Looks good right out of the box.  No excessive fiddling needed with countless options.  If someone has a config set for Autospy minimap that brings the presentation close to what Battleframe offers please share 🙏

I believe you're referring to the "reduced fire and flooding effects" option.  It disables the fire flames and flood water animation but it retains the edge frame, orange border in screenshot below

2 - You're absolutely right about the second proposal.  Thanks for pointing me towards the auto container collector, absolute life changer!🍻

  3. Hootorez navigator centered similar the Big Navigator by W03L0BED, with an option to completely remove the compass.  Who uses the compass in warships anyway??  Extra space could then be used by player to move his chat or move damage caused/damage received boxes in there, or even secondary armament stats or whatever he/she finds useful.
