There is no stop go marker showing in the mod setup or in game ????

Do i have to remove the old software to use the new update. I am new to mods so sorry if silly question. I have 0.9.1.0 installed but the update is 0.9.1.1. I can't find an update file in the folder, so should I remove 0.9.1.0 so I can use 0.9.1.1
