Is it just me or is there an issue with the equipment and skills icon mod as i can not un check the " # without above mod " box ????

Could someone help please as I'm not very computer literate , I check the " hitlog settings " version #1 ,draggable with mouse ,yet when I play the game it doesn't appear when I hit or make a kill , and I would prefer this mod to all the other hitlogs , Am I not checking something else that I should or do I have some other thing checked that is conflicting with it and therefore stopping it from working ???
