Same issue. Exited wot Deleted ReplaysCache.cache from wot folder,and copied new replays to backup and deleted replays inside orig. Started wot. Started manager, works. Exited wot. copied newest replays back. Restarted wot, works. No time for reason behind. I'm satisfied with this... :) Hit me with a sock full of porridge if this works for you.
