How about making togglable? I don't know if the installer program allows this function but If someone picks XVM it disables the selection of this mod?

I recommend Better tank filters mod. Very useful for filtering campaign tanks. Approved by WGmods

Description: 

Vanilla WOT has only positive filters - if you select heavy tanks, it shows you only heavy tanks.
This mod adds negative filters. You will be able to view every tank expect heavies, for example.
Also, this mod adds filters for 2nd campaign alliances.
