Solved after completely deleted wargaming.net folder in %APPDATA%.

After the modpack update, and a clean reinstall. The python exception still persist. But, besides the warning, there is no noticeable affecting on the game play(in-battle and in-hangar). Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip

Ok, I shall wait for next update for the hang. For the IO Errors, I am not sure which part of logs to see, If you are talking about the reading errors in python.log I checked the path in the error massage, as shown in screenshot, the files it's reading dose not exist. Not sure if it's my environment(using non-english OS, install in F drive not C, etc.) causing the problem.
