I can confirm that was the issue, thanks. Which is also a shame because that was a really nice garage.

Same issue as me. Game works fine if I run it in safe mode, but running normally I get the infinite updating garage issue. I tried deleting game cache and after doing so my game takes forever to load into the login screen, then as it logs in I get a black screen for a bit. After it gets to the garage I got a connection to the server was interrupted error message. Using Aslains_WoT_Modpack_Installer_v.1.9.1.1_03 I've attached the logs. Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip
