WOW 9.3 not loading when using modpack 9.3.0_00

I just used your newest modpack and I still had to disable all the "Port" mods to get into the game. The issue I have now is there are no ship names or captain names showing in games. II literally only see a ship no markers at all. Can't figure it oout so I disabled the entire mod pack.
