I just saw this post since I already made a post about it so I might as well make another one here. It's been like this for weeks. Dunno why.

Is been like this since before new update of 1.9.1.2 for like 2 - 3 weeks. I don't know what went wrong. I already deleted the old mod packs and now I cannot installed new ones. I thought I'd wait so it would get fix but it seems thats not the case. I've been trying to fix it forever. Retries many times. Redownload, etc. Doesn't work.
