Also my fps is lower and my crosshair is smaller then before. edit: fps is not lower, wrong monitor setting

So something happend, idk what but my enemy healtbars are tiny after doing a few setting changers, cant get them back to normal, deinstalled everything wot/user settings/ aslain mod pack but still no succes, is there a hidden setting somewhere ? or do it with the mod pack ? i found UI scale options but that does only change everything else.
