At the top of this forum there is a stickied post that explains how to do this. Note for you that this will be _NA rather than _EU as you are using the North American client:
If the archiver won't work properly for you, please attach following files, from that example paths:c:\Games\World_of_Tanks_EU\python.log

As the title says, not working when installing

Same happening for me on both Asia servers. Note the spinning wheel top left with player numbers on server never resolves.
