coloured damage panels over names how do i remove is it a panel ?

how do i remove the large coloured damage panels form over the names. I have tried loading different panels but the large coloured health/damage panel will not go

Has requested on wot forum , Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip but now ok after changing dmg panel but hopefully here is the log.
