When first downloaded it the 40MB folder it takes seconds but as soon as I started to download the mods it’s stuck at 17KBs I feel as it is be throttle on the software side had no problem with it be 10.0 Before 10.0

I have ran a speed test it doesn’t seem affect on other downloads but this one

Is any having problems with download speed for aslain modpack my speed is sitting in the kb range instead of the mb range or gb range
