Yeah , it seems to be a sudden problem with Chrome.. I dl'd successfully with MS Edge (much hated 😉 ) -
the download links seem to be broken -- https://wot.flcl.eu/public/Aslains_WoWs_Modpack_Installer_v.10.6.0_04.exe = 404 Not Found
