I figured out what was causing it for me atleast. I unchecked locastans enh. HD minimap Gen 4 and CTRL stopped zooming in the minimap.

Sorry i derped. That is the option you want to uncheck.

I got the same issue. Its not YasenKrasen i was on Locastans when it happened to me. I tried switching to YasenKrasen english and Locastan minimal and even tried without session statistics.
