  1. Not all mods have incorporated the Te-Ke into their scripts yet. As for the Taipan crosshair not working, you're not the first who has reported this issue. I'll download Aslain's mod using your attached logs and test it out. I will respond within a few minutes. Edit: I finished downloading Aslain's Mod Pack using your settings. I will now try it out and see if I encounter any issues.
  2. I will send him a Private Message. Hopefully he'll see the notification. Edit: Private Message sent.
  3. Update: Added spotting checks into the Guide. Text borrowed from the WoT Wiki for this section.
  4. I can honestly say that you will always spot the enemy as soon as he crosses that 50m mark. I remember a battle in Muronovka (the map with the magical tank eating forest of death) in particular... I was in my T49 shooting an enemy KV-1 who was slowly but surely approaching... He got within 51m of me before I destroyed him. I began shooting at another approaching enemy, an M4 Sherman if I'm correct, who was approaching as well. He got to 45m when I killed him. However, 3 seconds after I destroy him, my 6th sense goes off. Technically, my camouflage value could have kept me hidden up until 25m thanks to all of the bushes. Yet due to the 50m auto-detection range, I still got spotted.
  5. I second this. Maybe I'll just hack into NASA's servers... no one needs to know, right? Hack or buy NASA's servers. Download Aslain's Mod Pack. ??????? Profit.
  6. Your stats will update once a week. Sometimes I long for quicker updates, but that's the way it is.
  7. It's always been in his mod pack. He removed it 2 days ago due to 9.2 incompatibility.
  8. If too many people are downloading the mod pack at once, the download speed will drop. Try to download it when there are not many people online, and your download speed should improve.
  9. No dead tanks do not provide you with camo unless the dead tank is part of the terrain. The ELC AMX was hiding behind a destroyed tank that is part of the terrain, thus it would count as a rock or building and block your line of sight to him. As for the Hellcat, they have the same mechanics apply. If you don't spot him until he is 10m away, either You were lagging You simply didn't notice him He was driving at a very high speed, thus he was able to keep driving for a short distance before the "spotting checks" detected him. I will add some information about spotting checks into the guide later today.
  10. Ten mod wygląda bardzo interesująco.Jedynym problemem jest to, że nie lubię artylerii w ogóle. :P
  11. When I was newer to the game, I used to use WoT Info's Camouflage calculator. After I learned more about the game, I found it to only be accurate to an extent. Usually, there's something blocking your line of sight to the enemy (or his line of sight to you), thus the Camo Calculator loses its effectiveness. Even Melty Math's Mod cannot take bushes and your environment into consideration. Regardless, those are all useful tools to use,and can assist you when it comes down to determining whether or not you'll be spotted. The more I play a certain tank however, the more accurately I'm able to figure out whether or not I'll be spotted, without the assistance of external tools and/or mods.
  12. Postaram się znaleźć problem. Aslain będzie prawdopodobnie to pierwsze; ale będę jeszcze próbować. Powiem ci, kiedy znalazłem rozwiązanie.
  13. Chciałbym ten mod ze względu na kształt. Myślę też, że jest to kwestia przyzwyczajenia chociaż.
  14. Perhaps I misread it? I'll take another look.
  15. It's not entirely up to Aslain. If the mod is compatible, he'll add it in. If not, he has to keep it out. Personally, I only need up to x30 zoom. Regardless, it's always nice to have the option to increase your zoom even further.
  16. The regular stock x8 zoom does the same thing, does it not? Any bushes within a certain range around your reticle will become transparent. The x30 zoom does the same thing too.
  17. It's not an issue. It's one of the mods. The name of the mod is called "Wide border of maps". There are 5 sub-options attached to it, although what they essentially do is replace the red border line of the maps with a very bright pink zone. Personally, I enjoy this mod. If you don't like it, you may simply un-check it within the mod pack.
  18. You are welcome, and thank you for your support! ^_^ Yup... what annoys me even more is when I'm Platooning, and my Platoonmate (even though he's in the same tank as me, for example the T49), parks right next to me. What he doesn't realize is that his 75% crew will be spotted far before my 110% and 5 skills crew gets spotted. He attracts fire, even if not from TD's, it comes from artillery. And the consequences of that aren't favorable...
  19. Trust me, the foliage still gets in your way. Sometimes it removes it a little bit, but more often than not, the foliage is still in your way.
  20. 5 posts isn't really that many. :P
  21. Glad this was of some use! :) Good luck on the battlefield, tanker!
  22. He will have the installer up and running once the creators of the mods within his installer update those very mods. 9.2 is being released tomorrow on EU (July 31st), thus we will have to wait one to three days before everything is fully functional.
