I have deleted the correct folder. Should I now reinstall the lebwa MoE mod? -

When I log into the game the Lebwa Mark of Excellence box will not show in my garage. I have tried reinstalling the modpack and asked my friends who also have the same mod if it show in the garage for them (which it does). I'm not sure how to fix this issue and would love some assistance on how I could fix it.
