I tried using vpn now on win 11 and the result was the same. Win10 works fine even if you don't use vpn, so there is no need to experiment. maybe it's an OS problem I have turned off Microsoft Defender and it doesn't work (vpn: zen mate, Region: Russia,USA,Germany,Japan)

I am a WOT user living in Korea, and this time I upgraded win10 to win11. But when I update to win 11, I can't seem to download the mod pack that I was able to do before. I tried using #3, which was the previous version, but the same server connection error appears. So once I downgrade to win10, it downloads. Does anyone, like me, who has upgraded to win11 have the same error?
