I was able to fix my XVM install by running the installer and not selecting ANYTHING in the menu, along with cleaning the cache setting available in the installer. After that, I was able to use the previous version and it works fine now. The DLC being down will reset your icons, however, as you can't get any custom ones you selected.

I'm having the same exact problem...didn't see a need to attach files as mine are almost identical to the ones already posted, just different paths is all. As for the "hanger/premium/23febv3.pkg" request to post one, there isn't one in my installation.
