ive tried disabling my anti virus ...no joy basicaly i goto the wot mods , download the file , click on the file ... nothing comes up , no error , no message it just refuses to open it , ive tried running as admin it still wont open

hi , i love this mod and for some reason all versions of the new downloads wont run when downloaded .. have you any idea why thanks dave
