it is allowed through firewall, antivirus is not an issue. Other suggestions please. What address is it trying to contact?

Using 1.20.0.0_12 Loads application fine, select mods, then when it goes to download then it gives error " Download failed: The server returned an invalid or unrecognized response. Check your connection and click 'Retry' to try downloading the files again, or click 'Next' to continue installing anyway. " Any suggestions on fixing?
