I used to have mod which showed battle hits after the battle? has this been taken out? Thanks

WARNING: Mod file in "res" folder detected. This can be an indication of a illegal modification.. What does this notification mean? I'm only using Aslains... but I get this in the notification center. Just worried I'll get banned for an illegal mod?
