UPDATE: Figured it out, always go back to basics... It was loading it to UE noth the NA where I am.... Completely new system, old one crashed.. Windows 11 now.. Installed WOT, and Modpack, everything was fine... After something happened, the modpack will not load up, its at game defaults... I uninstalled/reinstalled everything and still no joy.... Where do I start ??? Base game runs fine, Modpack install doesn't give any errors. I can't seem to determine the "something" that happened...
