The Battle Expert issue was resolved by a recent patch.

Just minor bugs for the most part. Info panels, ship list, score timer, and battle expert are the only minor issues I've found. I'm sure they'll be cleared up soon.

The displays for Battle Expert v1 and v2 have moved to the far left of the screen for me. Some versions have completely moved beyond the left edge. Not a major issue, but just FYI.
