"battle equipment" - where is it in the config panel?

Found it in the "Components_List.txt" file referenced in another thread here - thanks again! -
I want to install the battle equipment mod so I can see what equipment I'm using. But I can't find it in the main config panel when I install the Aslain's mod. I'm sure it's just me. Can you tell me where it is (section) and what it's called? thanks for all your work!
