I reinstalled the game and ran as admin, everything worked except for one file about a harpoon which i skipped but all my mods seem to be working fine. Thanks for the help!

When I try to install the modpack for the new version I keep getting a access is denied message for certain files. I am deleting my old mods as the installer suggests but it doesn't seem to let me. Any help?
