Modpack installation is hanging

The Voice Mods are not downloaded and not selectable ingame. I have been waiting more then 2 hours to complete. I didn not choose Crooks or ship skins. I also dont have any antivir exept windows defender. -
Installation wird nicht beendet. Ausserdem werden keine Voice Mods der Kapitäne installiert.

Modpack Installation is hanging after Installation. In task manager there is no more activity shown
