Since December 2015, the time to download the mod has gone from a few minutes to 30+. Besides numerous advertisements popping up, is there a reason why it's taking so long?

Since December, It takes 20-30 minutes to download the mods. Used to only take a couple of minutes. What did you do differently? (besides having 3-4 advertisements pop up)
