It looks like for 9.16 the crew exp mod by Spoter breaks the barracks for now. With it installed no crew will show up in the barracks. I removed it and the barracks were then fine. Just a heads up.

I see the onsite settings changed quite a bit since the last time I played. Thanks a bunch sir.

Is there a place in the installer to choose WN8 as the rating to use in the player panels and OTM's? Everything is personal rating and I can't figure out how to change that in the installer.
