  1. I'm looking for 2 things.

    1) Is there a free cam mod (for replay purposes only) in the pack?

    2) there was something that showed a red/yellow/green semi arc around your tank on the tank info panel.  i think it had to do with armor angling?  what mod was that a part of, or was it removed?

    thanks

  2. Not sure where to put this, but figured it's a request.

so i'm not getting subscription emails to the download thread.    I didn't get an email for .18, .14 and .12 updates  i have all others since i started following the thread.

    any ideas what's going on?

  3. i think there's an option for crew training in the newer releases.  shows how much xp is needed to 100% of the current skill you are on (tank, 1st, 2nd, etc) and shows the average xp per battle and estimated battles required.  i REALLY like this.

still hoping for a crew xp reward page on the battle results screen.

  4. I remember in the old Platoon Window, you have the max battle tier spread listed for tanks, possibly to help eliminate fail platoons.  With the rework menu, i don't think this was updated.

is there a way to show what battle tier tanks are in, so you can be sure you aren't in a fail platoon?

  5. to be hones, i just want something NOT the loss music.  especially after a crappy loss nothing like the knife in the earballs.

edit: i guess it's not a simple mp3/wav file edit?  i couldn't find any "music" files in the game directory.

  6. may be the same issue i've had.  OP, what OS are you running?  XP, Vista, 7, 8?

1, i wasn't getting the DLC folder created

    2. i wasn't actually downloading the content.

form the looks of it, it may be an issue with rights management on your pc.

*sidenote: Aslain, i'm going to try and look at my PC's log file and see if i can come up with an idea of why a few ppl are bugging on this.

work around i have found was to "install" the pack on a different pc.  (just create a WoT folder, and a res_mods folder inside, then run the installer).  go to the DLC folder and copy the files from there to your PC.  you  would put them in the aslain's dlc folder in your wot directory.  run the installer and it should work.

  7. If you're using the XVM Carousel, you need to edit the carousel.xc (located in: WoT > res_mods > xvm > configs > Aslain > ) with notepad++ and change the value behind "zoom": from 1 to something between 0 and 0.99.

    thanks

i was just going to post a ? on how to scale the mod.  i was trying to figure it out last night, but couldn't.
