Well it's still downloading slow NOW. So a lot of people getting it at once excuse is over with. And it's been going slow for me since around 7:30 pm EST on 9/3.... yet the first 9.10 modpack aslain put out downloaded normal for me (which should have been the slow downloading one, not this one or the last one).

Thanks, not sure why you'd want that for an automatic install for that and not safe shot or something more important. And the only way I'd want use the low ammo battle blocker is if it only blocked battle button on 0 ammo.

No, but I usually like to use up my ammo for a gun if a upgrade doesn't use the same type, and use up the ammo for the tanks if the next tank doesn't use the same ammo. So could you please make that an option to pick out instead of automatic?

There is a low ammo tank battle blocker mod being installed in my mod pack installs (at least the last 2 installs of the pack) without me selecting it to be included in my mods (also I don't even see it on the mods list of the installer anywhere as well; I checked every mod I had selected on the new version of the pack today).
