  how about an f key where you can warn allies you launched torps ...seems like ever time i lnch someone comes from out the blue right in line of torps

  include torpedo mode in the camera zoom out mod. and like gary2220 said a torp launched warning for allies maybe tried to the right click when they launch if possible?
