thanks for that .. downloaded it today. I seem to have a very jittery aim in sniper mode .. any reason for that? lag is the same as always .. ??

hmm yeah dont want vanilla .. just want to be able to have the ability to set what zoom level i want with the middle mouse button. So if i want 2,3,4,5,6, in sniper mode then i can set it at that .. and adjust defaults as wanted .. with the ability to be able to zoom in to whatever i want in sniper mode as well ...

Hi all, I have relocated from the UK to Australia and have started playing WOT on the Asian pacific server .. for some reason I cannot display a country flag .. don't know what I'm missing but cannot get it to work .. any clues where I am going wrong?

sorry I haven't been back to answer .. I'm using win10 pro x64. If I try and do what you say with disabling, it reverts back to the old settings ie bugger all page file size. I have kept increasing the page file size until I've had no more errors. At present it is set at 1200mb initial and 16194mb maximum. I don't know what it is supposed to be on. I have the 16mb DDR4 ram at 3866mhz. What is the maximum? I have 1tb SSD drives and have set them all to this. It certainly speeds things up across the board.

I've pretty much had this problem from the beginning. I would get a "please wait" message or the game would just crash. It would happen every gaming session and I had not been able to find the reason why. system is stable, has plenty of grunt .. checked bandwidth and mods .. all to no avail. Then I stumbled across "page file size" .. had never heard of it .. had never set it .. it was the size that windows allocated when I built the PC. After increasing the page file size I have not had a single error .. not only that but I have increased the access speeds to all my drives. I do a lot of photography and i would always have a delay to see thumbnails of photos if there were a lot in a folder. Now it's instantaneous .. absolutely fantastic. So .. if, like me, your unaware of this setting, I suggest you have a quick look at what yours is set on and it may help stop errors and/or speed up your system.

i was reading about other games causing issues with the "please wait" errors .. they say it could be to do with "page file size" in win10 .. could that be an issue?

I have updated every time there is one and it's been the same for ages .. just appears to be getting worse .. this was a new system as well, clean install of everything .. added 7 minutes later i have posted over at XVM site .. if I find out anything I will post back .. :-)

yep that's right. I de-select all mods and run stock xvm .. still get the issue .. I will swing on over to the XVM site and ask there :-) thanks for the help

any luck with what's wrong ?? I've checked system stability and temps etc .. and nothing is even close to being maxed out. I've had instances where I've had the game freeze and I've gone cntrl, alt, delete to get in to taskmaster and stop the WOT application from there, only to find that there are 2 instances of the game trying to run? Has it got anything to do with the auto disconnect/re-connect where WOT would re-start after a crash? That used to happen but hasn't for a while .. I've checked internet connection as well and there is no issue at the time of a crash ..

game crash 4 times .. managed to restart it and get back into game .. when i got back into game, I had lost the ability to communicate, to mark the map or to ask for help .. when the game ended, the tank I was in was not the tank displayed in the hangar. it's very frustrating as I can play 50 games without issue .. then game crashes constantly and for no apparent reason. I have even tracked the internet to see if there are interruptions .. I've re-installed and still the same .. cmon guys .. please help me track down the issues ..

hi all .. still getting these game crashes when I get a rectangular box (white with doted lines) that states "PLEASE WAIT" .. sometimes I can cntrl/alt/delete and get to task master and cancel WOT and then re-start .. other times I have to do a restart of the PC itself .. I have posted all the needed files ages ago but never got a reply .. I only run aslains xvm and have tried with NO mods in the settings but it still does it .. I have re-installed the game with the same results .. any clues? mobo: Asus Z170 CPU: i7 6700@4600 Ram: Team Group 16gb@3200 GPU: Asus GTX 980ti Matrix Win 10x64 pro

still having this issue even after latest update. I have also had a random issue where the display returns to windowed mode as if preferences are not being stored. Yes all files/folders are checked and are NOT "read only" ..

Game has been ok for a while with no weird things happening. this last week I have had numerous crashes which sometimes requires me to reboot to get out of it. If i run in safe mode all is fine .. run the mod and it crashes at random moments either in game or when loading .. the game does not crash if in the garage though. Now today I had the game freeze .. I held CNTRL+ALT+DELETE to bring up task master to close the game and their are two events of WOT running at the same time?? One is drawing a whole heap of system resources while the other is drawing just a little .. what's the cause? I have tried in the past to shut down the mod bit by bit to see if anything is causing a conflict and I ended up with no mods running at all .. but game still crashes .. Also, and probably not the best time to add more problems, but does anybody know if I can run two accounts from the same system? Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip added 1 minute later I must also add that I am up to date with mods versions, WOT updates etc .. I also use the "delete logs, caches and mods" when I update as well ..

I've noticed that when I have a game "log out" that requires logging back in, that the XVM log in also "logs out". Has this anything to do with browser sessions or timed sessions? I call it that as I don't know what else to call it. Could that be the cause of the problems? I use Kaspersky as a anti-virus, Mozilla and IE. I get the same sort of thing there as if the page is not stored and I have to refresh if it has been oped for a while. Any ideas?

well today was interesting .. no problems at all for half a dozen games .. then I lost my W and S keys .. so no forwards or reverse just around in circles ?? Then the game decided to got back to low resolution by itself in settings ??? My back to front writing was normal this morning as well but now it has resorted to the mirror writing again ??

now I have no use of the mouse on the map to highlight co-ordinates

just updated and game has crashed to desktop .. just managed to play a game then without it crashing.

Here they are. The keyboard only works for the motion forward, reverse, turn left/right, sniper mode and fire. I can select the command dial but then cannot select the message eg. affirmative. I cannot select cntrl or tab or f keys. _Aslain_logs.zip python.log

Updated and had a few games and then found that I have lost keyboard control again (tab, cntrl, f7), I also note that the player info on the right side of the screen is mirrored (back to front) .. I'm also having issues again with the game logging out and then back in (which it hasn't done for a while) .. Ive re-installed Aslains mods with the " clear cache" to see if that did anything but nope .. any hints please.
