  1. Alright I "fixed" it by manually playing around with the permissions of res_mods, but on every new install it still reverts to being broken and I have to change it manually again. You might want to check how the installer sets permissions for some files, basically, playing on a regular user account and having to provide the admin pw in order to run the installer, it will seemingly randomly set permissions for some of the files installed which means that WoT running on the regular account doesn't have access.
  2. I've just installed WoT on a fresh Windows 7 copy and was going to install the modpack too as I usually do, however it seems to not fully install all mods despite giving no error message whatsoever. In the garage eg stuff like additional filters and some other XVM stuff is visible, but gold/free XP lock and tank carousel are just completely missing. When I try to launch into a game it will either get stuck on the loading screen forever with XVM showing "File not found" in that little box at the bottom or just straight up CTD. I have a strong feeling that it has something to do with messed up permissions within Windows, but I wouldn't know how to fix that. Trying to attach _Aslain_logs.zip does this: "You don't have the permission to open this file. Please ask an administrator for permission." Excerpt from the python logfile: _Aslain_logs.zip
