I start the game and have panel,when coutdown is over it vanishes,well thats because its tuned off,try to select 1,2 or 3 option in same place where panel should be.

Please what happend to the old sound mods?,i´ve bet that a lot of us missed them not just me,please consider,thanks a lot.
